On May 20 and 21, 2024, Florence became the beating heart of our industry, hosting the first edition of this innovative exhibition.

We were present with one of the companies of the ANSELMO GROUP, OMAR IMPIANTI, at stand A26. The Pastaria Festival is an event organized in collaboration with the most important I Italian and international pasta producers’ associations, universities and research institutes, professional organizations, companiesand experts. The 2024 edition marked the official first edition of the Festival.
